The accommodation exceeded our expectations! :) We book it at the very last minute and it was the best experience we had so far in Sicily. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The view from the terrace was breathtaking (we could sit there for hours), the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was a true delight – fresh, regional products and local flavors that are definitely worth trying. A perfect place for relaxation and an unforgettable stay! Definitely 10 out of 10.

Vincenzo was the perfect host providing us with information to make the best of our stay. We loved the location, the tasteful simple decor and best of all was the wonderful breakfast of local produce on the roof terrace with the most amazing views.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at Intervallo! The location is perfect, in-between Ibla and Superiore and the view from the terrace is incredible. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and my balcony also had a stunning view of Ibla. Vincenzo is the best host: he helped me with lots of recommendations and information and helped me to book a taxi to the airport. Vincenzo also made the most amazing breakfast with a mixture of sweet and savoury local items. I highly recommend to everyone.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Vincenzo at the reception was incredibly helpful—he gave us clear advice on things to do, helped plan our first few hours (especially since we arrived late and were unfamiliar with the area), and shared great tips for exploring Ragusa Ibla. Breakfast was a highlight: sitting on the balcony with a view of the town while trying local savory specialties made mornings feel special. The location was perfect for wandering the historic streets, and Vincenzo’s friendly, attentive service made everything easy. A warm, well-run place with genuine hospitality. We’d happily stay here again!

We loved staying in this beautiful guesthouse in picturesque Ragusa Ibla. Simple & stylish room, compact & comfortable. The view from the rooftop terrace was just stunning. Our host Vincenzo was very thoughtful, generous and helpful. He helped carry my bag up the 50 stairs (grazie mille, Vincenzo!), arranged our taxis to the bus terminal, provided fabulous suggestions for restaurants, and served a superb breakfast on the terrace each morning featuring delicious local produce. A superb place to stay in charming hilltop Ragusa.

We were completely charmed with Intervallo, its setting and the incredible hospitality. Vincenzo went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible, from arranging for a taxi to meet us at the ferry landing on. We hope to return one day and spend longer!

This hotel is perched right between the old city and the new city so it's literally a perfect location. Vicenzo, the host, is adorable. He greeted us in front of the church, gave us a little history of Ragusa and provided the best breakfast using local, high quality goods. The rooms are sparsely decorated but very comfortable and we were able to eat breakfast outside, on the terrace, on December 29th! Would definitely come back. Wished we'd had more than one night.
