Clean, quiet and peaceful, front private beach and felt like an escape of this crazy world. The reception and general staff is unreal, specially Dhang No, she is a star. The care and attention they offer is exceptional.

Very quiet seaside resort with a private beach. The room was facing the ocean and was very spacious. Staff is very kind, though not speaking English.

Beautiful surroundings and could be very peaceful (but see below) . That said, the staff (especially Luyen) did everything they could to help us. The receptionist was very polite, sympathetic, and very proactive when trying to resolve issues. She stayed calm and eas very professional.

The room size is great and the views are awesome. Great location, excellent and convenient mix of surrounding amenities, restaurants and shops. The architecture is beautiful from the moment you walk through the lobby doors.

Big room with large balcony. Staff was great both girls and the guy that worked night shift where polite and helpfull. will definitely come back if im visisting again!

Sitting beside a wonderful beach…the highlight of this place was the staff…and its location. Otherwise…it is a bit soulless, built - I feel - for the Chinese rather than the European market. Great value for money (we were there in February…and place was largely deserted!)…but….

clean room and bathrooms. no problem with late check in. Very clean room, comfortable beds. interesting decor. room cleaned every day. Surprised by the amount of space in the family room.
