The staff were very good and very helpful throughout. Considering the size of the place and the large catering they have to do, the food was very acceptable and there was a reasonable amount of choice and day to day variation. The grounds are very nicely kept and very attractive, with colourful gardens and plenty of bird life. Three pools and open beach space means plenty of choices for places to soak up the sun.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Bed mattress was amazing something helping us to have high quality of sleep! People in reception and those who clean the rooms were very helpful and professional.

The food was good. However, being a vegetarian family, we had very little choices. We have stayed in almost all 5* properties so comparisons were drawn with previous experiences mostly on food. Aside to the limited veg options in Buffet (Breakfast, Lunch & dinner), the property was excellent with exceptional service staff.

What I liked most about the hotel was the reception by Mr Aymar (a very attentive, polite and helpful receptionist), so I would like to thank the gentleman who took our luggage to our room (unfortunately I don't remember his name, but he was a very funny person). The stay was very good, we enjoyed the hotel very much, the beautiful beach... What we didn't like was that the booking was All inclusive, but not everything was. If you wanted natural fruit juices you had to pay extra. The food was a bit repetitive and if we wanted to eat something different in the other restaurant in the hotel (we would have to pay). Another thing we didn't like about our stay was an episode that happened at the pool bar where the hotel director called the attention of his employee in front of everyone and ended up firing him. My family and I found it extremely rude and impolite.

I have been coming to Egypt for several times a year. I stayed at Novotel (Marsa Alam) for the second time. We were warmly welcomed at the reception by Mr. Mohamed Hassan. A fantastic employee who provided us with wonderful service throughout our entire stay. It didn't just stop with this employee. "Every" employee, even the gardeners, luggage carriers, cleaning crew, lifeguards, entertainment,... are incredibly friendly and "extremely" helpful. Never seen before! An over the top amazing service. Every corner of the hotel is extremely clean and beautiful to stay in. The rooms are very large and beautifully decorated and maintained. Massive options with entertainment, wellness and other relaxation options,... The food is super fresh and very tasty. And all this in high season! I can fully recommend this hotel to everyone. Stop looking for other hotels. Thank you Novotel and all staff for the fantastic stay. Continue with this amazing vibe. To management: take care of all your employees, they deliver extremely fantastic work🙏👌🤝 We see eacher back very soon, that's for sure! Btw: the "Sea World" diving centre linked to the hotel has the same wonderful values and I higly recommend it (there is a very beautiful house reef).
