The house reef is amazing for snorkeling and scuba diving, and the Extra Divers Team are very friendly and professional. The whole staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate us. Our room with sea view was great, the sunrise right in front of our balcony.

Having travelled extensively in my opinion the hotel offers excellent value for money given the great location , food and setup. What makes a place worth a 10 to me is when you have special requests or issues that the hotel responds well ,Akassia was EXCEPTIONAL in that department. Wael and Hani (in customer relations) went way beyond what you might ever expect to help arrange a special evening for my wife on our anniversary and to respond to some small issues I had with staff responses . These types of managers are rare and set the tone that the more junior staff follow.I would also like to mention Mahmood who oversaw the free snorkelling trip provided a very professional high quality service. Although you do get approached for trips etc the teams respect a simple no thank you which is very different from other experiences in Egypt.

The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The rooms were spotless and provided all the amenities I needed for a great stay. A huge thank you to Mr. Hosny, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. His warmth, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a real difference. Thanks to him, I felt truly welcome and looked after, and he helped make my experience memorable.

I stayed in this hotel for a few nights to rest on my trip around Egypt. The hotel is like any other. Clean, big, even quiet at night. The food is ok, but nothing special. Unfortunately, there is a complete lack of traditional dishes. There is no access from the beach to the coral reef. However, the service is good. Mr. Wael from the reception is a diamond in the crown of this hotel, you could say that Mr. Wael is the crown of this hotel. If it weren't for Mr. Wael, for me this hotel would have nothing interesting to offer like most hotels. Every hotel should have its Mr. Wael. I have never met a person in a hotel who helped me with every little thing, and at the same time sat down for tea and talked to me about life.

- Excellent customer care provided by Mr Wael, who was very helpful anytime - very nice coral reef with plenty of fishes - nice and clean beach with enough of sunbeds - very good food and its variety - very good massages in spa - modern and well equipped rooms - regular transport from remote areas - quads trip

The location is quiet and serene, and the pool and aqua park are really nice. And the hospitality is great. The seating arrangements and options to dine at the beach are all great facilities. Breakfast here actually made your day. I've never seen such an elaborate spread with itmes added every day. The hotel also has an Olympic swimming pool with addition to its normal pool which is a plus. The shows they've come up with are very unique. The fly board , fire show , and Cobra show were AMAZING.

First, I would like to thank Mr. Wael Elsaie, the hotel’s ambassador, for his concern and asking us questions every day when we needed anything. This is truly the most beautiful thing about the resort. Mr. Wael, thank you very much. I would like to thank Chef Hussein, Ahmed, Hamada, and his title is (Barakat, the King of Movements) and the master of the pool bar. The beach is clean and the swimming pools are beautiful and fun. The room is renovated. Great reception and quick accommodation.
