The view was spectacular from the city side room. Close distance to centro. Breakfast was great. James on the desk was extremely helpful. Tea making facility in the room. Easy to catch ubers so we didn't have to walk up the big hill

The staff, the service, and the food are exceptional. I especially want to call out David at the front desk and our waiter at the restaurant who went above and beyond to help us during our four-day stau.. David was always available and gave us great tips for what to prioritize in terms of museums and churches so we could maximize our time in Quito-- and his recommendations were always on point. His and the restaurant staff's care was evident at all times. For instance, we had an early morning checkout and David offered to provide us a boxed breakfast which was so thoughtful -- and as always, delicious. The personal touches really elevated our stay and we would happily return.

Beautiful colourful hotel with a lovely courtyard garden and an excellent bar and restaurant with fabulous views across Quito to the Angel. The staff were all lovely, especially James on reception, who could not have been more helpful.

Welcoming at the hotel was very warm. Staff was awesomely kind. Location just perfect with beautiful wievs over the city. Food from the breakfast (just perfect!) to dinner was so delicious.

Staff were excellent and friendly especially David. They were very cooperative in allowing me two hours late check out for free. Good breakfast Exceptional views of Quito from everywhere in the hotel except my room not sure about other rooms.

Beautiful location on the edge of the historic centre. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, even allowing us a late check out free of charge as they did not need our rooms. The breakfast was delicious and located in the restaurant with amazing views of the city. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel is in an incredible location. The staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast on the rooftop was amazing. Kevin and David at the front desk went above and beyond! We felt safe, and the hotel never lost power even as the city experienced blackouts. It was easy to walk or Uber into Old Town.

Beautiful quiet location with fantastic views of the old town- only a 20 minute walk or a very quick taxi in. The breakfast was a real highlight of our trip - and the staff were all really friendly and helpful with things like laundry. James was a star.

A beautiful building, well decorated, safe and in a good location, but you need to be ok with climbing the steep hill. Great breakfast with a view over the old town, plenty of space, helpful staff, nice to have a hot tub and games for our son
