Gloria and Hernan were very friendly hosts: They made sure I was safe during my time in Quito, helping with transfers. When I was sick the first day, I was checked upon and cared for. I was also able to leave my luggage during my travels to the Quilotoa loop.

My spouse and I travelled to Ecuador for the first time and this hotel gave us a perfect landing point for Quito and the start of our trip. The hotel is in a good, quiet location in the Centro Historico. The rooms are comfortable, with internet and hot water working all the time. Breakfast was tasty and different every day. Still, for us the best thing was the helpfulness of Hernan and Gloria who run the hotel. Hernan's walking tour of the centre was very nice and he organised many things for us, including a day trip to Cotopaxi at very short notice. We will be back again and would recommend to others.

Our hosts Gloria and Hernan were super kind and attentive and always went the extra mile to make our stay the best possible. From recommendations of things to do and see, to helping out with transportation and SIM cards, and a great tour of the historic center of Quito.

The manager was extremely friendly and went out of his way to be helpful . He took us on a tour of Quito which was great . Excellent quiet location but in easy reach of the centre

I stayed in the room with the balcony, and it was delightful. The hosts are extremely helpful and provide a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend staying here in this beautiful location

The staff are extremely helpful, did a free walking tour for us on day one, helped us with buses, made sure we stayed safe at all times. Gloria cooked wonderful breakfast each day with different menu. And she also helped sort out laundry.

Good and safe location, very clean rooms and nice interior. We really enjoyed breakfast, it was all homemade and super delicious. The staff were the best part. Very welcoming people, also organised transport from the airport and back to it for us. Definitely recommend staying here.
