The location of this property is perfect, quite easy to access surrounding central business centers like banks, shopping malls, government departments, nearby Carolina Park.

I had an apartment in the middle (4. Floor) of a bigger building close to the park Carolina. The apartment was well built with a big living room and kitchen, then there was a beautiful bedroom with a master bathroom. The building have a swimming pool, sauna, and training facilities for you to use. From the top of the building you get a good view over Quito... I was supposed to stay in the apartment for 3-4 days, ended up staying for 3 weeks. This is a hidden gem!
