Everything was amazing, we had a really good time in family, the location, cleanliness, space, style, the girls helping every day Claudia and Jenny, the food, absolutely everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, we definitely will come back for holidays again. Thank you Johanna for being very responsive in any communication and coordination before, during and after our stay. I must admit that even after two stays at Fincas Panaca, I still find them to be very enjoyable. What I did not anticipate, though, was that Finca Herreria 10 turned out to be an incredible, beyond-home experience in every aspect. Let me open by saying that when I plan a family trip, I search for safe locations, accommodations, privacy, comfort, cleanliness, and relaxation. Hotels and finca hotels offer comparable services in the region; however, it is volume-based, with shared public areas and equipment, and it might periodically become inefficient or unavailable. Being aware of this and to avoid, I researched for Fincas Panaca again. There were several layouts to pick from, but Finca Herreria 10 stood out in terms of additional alternatives compared to others. Once the booking was made, I received email confirmations and a personal welcome WhatsApp message from Ms. Johanna, your hostess, presenting herself and being available to assist you in every need prior to and during your stay. During the following days, Ms. Johanna was able to do a follow-up on our needs, provided a “Finca Herreria 10 link” with knowledgeable, useful and beneficial information about the finca layout, the various locations to visit in the region, such as parks, restaurants, available discounts, directions and services. Receiving this link was incredibly valuable because it was not offered to us the first time; therefore, we missed out on some interesting places during our visit. The information provided will assist you in organizing your schedule to visit the various locations in the region during your stay. Let me now describe why your “Private” Finca Herreria 10 is superior to other Fincas´ Panaca layouts in comparison terms of what they offer: - Claudia, your personal house assistant, is exceptionally welcoming, committed, enthusiastic, and passionate about everything she does. We really enjoyed all the amenities including the pool and volleyball. The space was very homely, and we settled in very quickly. Adriana was very helpful, friendly and approachable, and the host was very responsive and organised.
