It's been one of the cheapest accomodations I could find and I've been pleasantly surprised. The contact to the owner was easy and pleasant and she waited for me at the agreed time to show me around. It's been all in Spanish so I don't know how good it works in English but there's translator apps. My room was spacious with a double bed, light and power socket. Bathroom just for me with hot shower and soap as well as a towel provided at no extra cost. The kitchen is basic and small but has a fridge, stove, drinking water. I couldn't get the stove started but I've been in a haste early morning so had no time to check properly or ask the owner. Location is walkable to city center, sights, Quetzaltrekkers for hiking and restaurants.

The place is near the central park in Xela. The hotel was very quiet. No noise. There are some rooms with a private bathroom but not advertised in Booking.com. Anyway. It was a fantasti place to stay. It has a equiped kitchen and a fridge for my insuline.

Nice apartment with a really well equiped kitchen. The shared bathroom is clean. The bedroom is perfect: with lots of room and à cosy bed. Estefany was King and helpful.
