The room was ready when we arrived, and we were even offered a choice. We had a bed each which was great. However the pictures in the advert were very flattering, things were actually a little worn. The owner was very helpful and arranged an excursion for us the evening we arrived

The rooms are clean, the property is peaceful. The lovely hosts Wolfgang and Ulla taking care of every each guest, asking if they need anything, what time they want their rooms to be cleaned. Ulla prepares the food for her guests with love. Both are very nice, friendly and talkative people.

Manager was super helpful and friendly. The hotel was very atmospheric in all the rainstorms! It was like a little oasis of calm in a relatively busy town. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel especially if you have a car and can explore the area yourself, and come back to peace and quiet afterwards.
