My view from my room over the lake was spectacular. The breakfast had a wide variety of food. The shuttle in and out of Queenstown with no extra charge was always on time and a lovely way to travel in and out of Queenstown.

The location of the city was great; it was a nice 30/40 minute walk into town. The view from our room was wonderful over the lake and mountains

The room had one of the best views you can ask for with all the amenities in great condition. The shuttle service to the town centre was excellent. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful.

The view was amazing, the apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults. We were there for Christmas Day and the stocking on the door, full of New Zealand gifts was a lovely gesture. The staff were all very friendly and the food at the restaurant was great, especially Christmas Day dinner.

Very good view from the window. Shuttle bus service to town centre. Large bathroom and very comfortable spa bath. Fantastic service.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The Restaurant is exceptional stayed in and had dinner one night, the food was excellent and local wines 10/10. Staff were superb Thankyou. Regards Ken.

Perfect location, views amazing and staff super friendly. Room was spacious and clean, had everything you need. The bar and restaurant were great, really good selection of food and drinks (cocktails!). Shout out to Lara who checked me in and was one of the friendliest hotel staff I have ever had. Nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again
