Not sure if it was done on purpose but enjoyed the fact that the people I shared with were older travellers like me. Location was great and facilities were kept clean. My request for a lower bunk was honoured; very grateful.

There were a lot of positives, from the friendly check-in with swan towels on the bed to the nice private room with balcony.

Beds, storage and rooms were great! Staff were excellent! It is the perfect walking distance into town and to everything Queenstown, I enjoyed my stay!

There are power outlets and curtains by the bed, which is very convenient. The staff is friendly, there are plenty of bathrooms (haha), and everything is very clean. There’s parking available, and the place looks just like the photos. If I need to, I would choose this place again. recommended

Room was nice and warm. Lockers under the bed very spacious. It was good to have a curtain for some privacy (although only goes half way across). Kitchen facilities were good, tea bags and coffee provided.
