Exceptional staff, very friendly and helpful. Loved the ambience of the hotel and hospitality provided with free tea and coffee, lemonade, refreshments, cookies and lollies, even an early evening glass of wine. Very central location, only a short walk to the lake front, cafes and restaurants. Nice spa pool outside. Great for a romantic couple weekend away. The hotel offers continental breakfast but a very good cafe is just across the road for a cooked breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Best possible location in Queenstown - 2 mins walk to the gondola, 5 mins walk to the beach and great restaurants - and wonderful extra touches like the complimentary drinks and snacks every evening at 5pm. Gorgeous room, linen and bed. Highly recommend!

Easy check in and lovely staff. Perfect location with easy access to Tiki track or gondola. Bespoke cafe right across street. Lovely snack and drink collection with delicious local milk. Quirky rooms with added touches including fun tea cups and shower steamers. Comfortable lounge with a social atmosphere.

The room was large and comfortable, the location was great, just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Loved the happy hour drinks - especially when the helpful staff lit the fire for us.
