Please be aware that group bookings are required to leave a $50 deposit upon arrival which you will receive back if no damage to the property has been done.Please note room number is not guaranteed and can be changed as required by the property.All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay.All bookings with a value over $500 will be pre charged, they are still fully refundable if canceled outside of the standard free cancelation policy window.We also have available towels available $10 deposit $2 cleaning fee.

Great wee back packers hotel - staff were friendly and place was clean and did exactly as it said it would! Great place to base yourself for the action packed adventures Queenstown has to offer!!

Everything The living room is very pleasant with blankets and a wood stove to keep warm. The jacuzzi and sauna area is really nice and the kitchen is big enough for cooking. The rooms are well designed.

It’s a cracker of a place to stay. Far enough away from town to be quiet at night but a three to four minute walk and you’re in the heart of town.

The kitchen is very well stocked. And I liked the lounge. Overall the place has a very inviting vibe and the layout invites the guests to interact with each other.

I’ve stayed here many times before but this stay was by far the best. I think there must be a new vibrant and engaged manager. I saw more staff around than expected. They were very friendly and helpful. The place was exceptionally clean, the bathrooms were cleaned multiple times a day. I love the location as it’s a short walk to anywhere around town.

The staff were incredible, I know there was a big problem with the internet but they really did their very best, especially the Argentine lad who was on duty that I dealt with. The place was exceptionally clean and all the other guests were amazing.
