Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, debit card or EFTPOS. There is a 4% charge when you pay with an American Express or JCB credit card.The pet stay fee is chargable at $150 (per pet, per stay), unless included in the Pet Friendly package rate. Maximum 2 pets in one room, maximum weight of pets is 20 kilograms (dogs and cats only).For 1 paying adult meal, 1 kid eats for free from the kids menu. remaining kids pay at the normal rate. Guests are required to show a government issued photo identification and the physical credit card upon check-in.Please inform Swiss-Belresort and Villas Coronet Peak in advance of your expected arrival time. For special requests, you can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that all Special Requests are not guaranteed as it is subject to availability and additional charges may apply. An incidental deposit will be collected upon arrival. $100 for standard hotel room and $250 for 2bedroom or 3 bedroom Villa (Per stay).This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The staffmembers are all verry kind and helpfull. They do everything to make your stay as pleasant and comfortabele as possible. Inside is a bowling club. The hotel is only 6 km from the centre of Queenstown. A bus stops in front of the hotel and brings you to Queenstown. This is verry convenient. The room has all you need and is verry clean.

Location out of the main Queenstown central precinct, which was blessing as there are so many roadworks being undertaken in the are currently. Location was handy to find, and the room spacious, with a giant king size bed, the room was of the standard type found in most hotels currently.
