Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard credit card or American Express credit card.All villas are fully self-contained and self-catering and rates do not include daily housekeeping service. This service is available for an additional charge of $35 per service and can be arranged at the time of arrival. Any stays of 5 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service included within the nightly rate.BBQs are available for hire at the rate of $20 per night and available for a maximum of 3 nights per stay. At Platinum the safety and well-being of our guests and team members is paramount. 100% of our team are fully vaccinated, and we take pride in maintaining the highest hygiene standards to help protect all guests to the best of our ability.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Loved the location with the alpine trees and the mountains as a back drop. Very peaceful with birds always chirping in the treetops...Love the style of the Villa...beautiful! Fireplace is lovely and the coffee machine is a bonus! Very clean and the beds are comfy! The bathroom and bathtub are very nice. Loved the scenic walk into the township.

Our rooms were clean and well equipped with picturesque stunning view. The staff at Platinum were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and close to the Queenstown centre. The bus stops were just a few steps next to Platinum. Overall Platinum was beyond our expectation. We will come back.

Absolute excellence in all areas!! Beautiful friendly staff interaction via email and in-person. Professional pre-travel correspondence. Superb amenities for all your family holiday needs for literally everything!! The fireplace gave an Aussie from hot Queensland a dream come true experience. Literally a hop & a skip away from central Queenstown but located just ideally enough for a peaceful luxury retreat! And did I mention the spectacular priceless view?! Breath-taking!!!!! Absolutely booking again for future family trips!!
