There may be minor noise disturbances for guests during this time.Please note that there is a non-refundable 2% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or UnionPay credit card.Please note that there is a non-refundable 3.35% charge when you pay with a Diners Club credit card.A valid credit card and photo ID must be presented upon arrival. Please note that the ID and credit card must be in the same name as the guest on the booking confirmation.A shuttle bus service is available for guests to and from Queenstown. Bookings are essential. Please see reception for operating hours. Subject to availability.Please note that all rooms receive basic servicing daily, including rubbish removal, replacing tea towels, replenishing tea, coffee, sugar, and milk; replenishing dishwashing powder and laundry powder; making beds with existing linen; replacing towels, bath mat, and hand towel; and replacing of amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tissues). If you require additional servicing, you can arrange this with the reception desk at an additional cost. Please contact the property for more information, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.Please be advised that Shores Restaurant & Bar is temporarily closed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience.Kindly note that Block 3 and Block 4 are currently under construction. Work will be ongoing until approx. 2026.The blocks will be white-wrapped with construction work occurring onsite. Construction impact is:1) Noise from 8:00 to 17:00, usually Monday-Friday.

4) Reduced driveway access for foot traffic/vehicles with views impacted on arrival at property.
5) Shores F&B is closed, and permanent reception is now relocated to temporary reception in Block 1.The Shores Restaurant & Bar, Gym, Sauna, and BBQ facilities are temporarily closed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The apartment has everything you need. Very friendly and helpful team at the reception, especially the German girl.

The apartment was very well appointed. Beautiful uninterrupted views of the lake. and easy private access to the lake. A very nice 30 min walk along the lake to the city. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and all good quality toiletries and towels. The whole apt was very clean, all furniture felt plush and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Beautiful open house with superb lake views.We were in 2nd floor.Would prefer higher floor for uninterrupted views.Full kitchen but with minimal supplies.Nil kitchen towel provided so bring ur own paper towels and liquid dishwashing soap if u intend to cook.Closer to airport but further to Qtown city centre.Shuttle bus service for free to and from city centre is very convenient, just inform reception for time booking.Otherwise uber cost is around $16 one way.Staffs were awesome and very engaging and accomodating. Would love to stay here again.
