The room was spacious and very comfortable. The view was amazing. The location was good, but being just out of the main township and up a steep hill - guests should bear this in mind. There were plenty of options and choices in the buffet breakfast and the food was very nice.

We opted for a room with a lake view, which was lovely and bright with an unobstructed view. The room was spacious and as described. Free drinking water is available in the lobby. The location is just out of central Queenstown. OK for the price as we booked very last minute.

Nice to look onto the pool and spa. Good location for us as we don't like the busyness of the township. All the staff were very friendly and obliging. Had two really nice meals in the restaurant. Very nice food so compliments to the chef.

The staff is all top notch. Very friendly and helpful... they found my e reader which I had left behind and kept it so I could pick up on my return from Milford Sound.

The view was good. The location was quite out of the way for the price. Spa pools available were good with a nice pool area although it could use redecking.

The stunning view from our room and other parts of the hotel, and the carparking was handy. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great.

The view from the room and restaurant is amazing! The size of the rooms were great too. We enjoyed the hot tubs at night however they could have been warmer. Breakfast was delicious and catered well to our needs.
