Conveniently located at Frankton Marina on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, Marina Apartments - Element Escapes is just 5-minute drive from Queenstown Airport. It offers accommodation in a picturesque setting and modern conveniences for guests.
The apartments have a spacious lounge area with heating/air-conditioning, a large LCD TV with satellite channels, a stereo system and an iPod docking station. Some have a fully equipped kitchen and some have a kitchenette.
Free unlimited WiFi is included. The apartments are decorated with local photography and artworks.
Both Coronet Peak and The Remarkables ski area are a 30-minute drive away.

This three-bedroom lakeside apartment is located outside the town centre. It features stunning views of Central Otago's mountains from the balcony/patio area with outdoor seating. All three bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, full laundry facilities, dining area and a lounge room with a large LCD TV, stereo system and iPod docking station. Guests can enjoy free off-street parking, a shared complex BBQ and free WiFi. Please note this apartment will not be serviced for the duration of your stay.

The two-bedroom lakeside apartment features a full kitchen, open-concept-dining/living room and full laundry facilities. All two bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. The view of the lake and plane passing us. Noise didn't affect us. It was a big apartment. It's bigger than I expected. It is a lovely and comfortable apartment.

Amazing view right in front of unit, large size unit very comfortable for us 4, parking is easy. Kitchen has all we need, incl dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Staff were amazing, very responsive to chats, checked in to ensure we’re okay. Sadly couldn’t give us late check out on the last day.

Very spacious with all items a family of 4 needed to cook, sleep, do washing and relax in. Central location and on request they supplied a ground go floor unit that made it easy for young kids to go outside.
