We were given a king studio room on the ground floor , the room was tiny with low ceilings and felt claustrophobic , it smelled damp - after complaining the lovely man at reception moved us to a different room ( $30 upgrade third floor much better )

- Mountain views from the room - Being on the doorstep of mountain views, river side walk, airport and remarkable Market - Staff friendliness - Cafe/shop in reception - Room facilties - Bed was large and very comfortable

You can't argue that Franktown is a great location and the room was perfectly plain if not slightly small. The shower was clean enough although the seals let some droplets out. The provided hand wash was a nice smell.

Can’t complain. Definitely a 4 star hotel. Comfy room with clean linen, bathroom, gym, and friendly reception staff. Walking distance to shops and even airport.

Easy to find. Location was good. Facilities were above what I would expect of a hotel room especially the provision of products for showers, handwash, dishwasher & washing machine. Staff were polite & helpful. Able to checkin a bit earlier as room was ready. At the moment it is a bit isolated, but lots of new builds around. Free parking in the grounds if you get there early enough otherwise have to pay for overnight in public car park at rear of the hotel if there are no spaces for hotel guests left (looked safe).

Location was a bit further from the airport than I had expected and given you can only access it from one entrance, we had to taxi instead of our preferred option of walking. Facilities in the hotel room were very good with full kitchen, clothes washer and dryer and it felt quite spacious.
