Close to the Queenstown central and access to Carpark. Staff were wonderful with assisting me with anything I needed. Stunning views of lake and mountains!

Room was clean and comfortable. It had a nice view. One of our family members had a birthday during our stay in the hotel, and the restaurant staff kindly served her an extra desert, which was very much appreciated.

Staff were welcoming. Dinner was very nice, we both had dish of the day, which was salmon. There are 3 holiday inns in Queenstown, taxi took us to the wrong one!

We were served english breakfast along with veg fried rice. Everything was well laid out, refilled almost immediately, so no complaints on the menu overall. Yogurt varieties were many and cucumber-orange water was something that I tried first.

There was a mix up with our room arrangement when we arrived however the gentleman on reception efficiently resolved the issue for us. Rooms are a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Outdoor seating is available from the room with stunning lake views The buffet breakfast was surprisingly good.
