The bed was quite hard. For this quality of hotel I would have expected to access Netflix - the TV options were poor. Breakfast and Dinner were fabulous

Very disappointed that they did not offer continental breakfast not every one wants a big breakfast Also although I had agreed to a certain price via Book.com The nightly rate varied due to occupancy!!

Location of the hotel is very convenient with walking distance to the attractions but away from hustle bustle

We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza very much. The room was spacious, very clean, quiet and had a balcony. View of the mountains was great. Excellent location, across the road from the lakefront. Used the valet parking which I would recommend since the parking on the road in front of the hotel may be limited. The breakfast was very good with many options provided. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent, overlooking the lake and right opposite the Steamer Wharf with it’s excellent restaurants and bars.
