Really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. The room was clean and comfortable with good amenities and an excellent view. The breakfast area was very nice and more resembled a boutique hotel. Breakfast quality was fabulous. Strongly recommend this chalet!

Our hosts Isha & Shashank could not be more welcoming and helpful, it was such a pleasure to find the Chalet Queenstown. Our room was warm and comfortable with many facilities, with fresh bottles of water and milk in a fridge nearby our room for guests. The daily breakfast was excellent with choice of buffet continental included in room rate, and offer of cooked meal with 4 choices (which I enjoyed every morning) with ample supply of fresh coffee or teapot of choice. The welcoming reception and comfortable lounge area was perfect place to keep warm on a cool winter day, till temperatures rose above zero. Loved the Chalet, which was close to and easy walk downtown. Highly commend this property, and sincere thanks to Isha and Shashank for making us so welcome. Balance from China, and Jamie, Auckland

Really nice room. Deck with a lovely view of Lake Wakatipu and the mountains around Queenstown. Quick-ish 10 min walk into town (although uphill on the way back). Overall a really pleasant stay. I didn't try the breakfast because I brought some but it looked / sounded yummy. WiFi was good as well and had a tiny desk for some work which was helpful

Close to town. Great view from the room and deck. Manager/cook very friendly and put out an early continental breakfast for us as we were leaving early. Also kept my forgotten charging cord and had it in our room on our return a week later.

Included breakfast was lovely, small but comfortable room, fluffy pillows and dressing gowns, nice view, a reasonable walk into town.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Deborah was so friendly and helpful. Had a great stay with views of lake and mountains. Wish I'm still there enjoying the view.
