It’s cozy with good taste. The owner is down to earth and very easy to talk to like a good old friend. She pampers us well with free snacks in the lounge along with a bottle of wine and some liqueurs. The TV has a variety of channels and we spent a great deal in the lounge just to chill and watching the sun go down. Our room is spacious with fridge, kettle along with tea, coffee and delicious muffins. We also made good friend with Benji the dog. Our stay was a very enjoyable 3 nights. We were aware of the walk up and we made plan to walk down to town do our things, finish our meal early afternoon and walk up slowly, it was fine with us and a great way to walk off the big meal we had ;D

We can highly recommend the accommodation. The room is lovingly furnished and the view of the lake is fantastic. The owner is very nice and for breakfast you can enjoy muffins with a view of the lake.

The view from the room was stunning- you will experience the most beautiful sunset when the weather is clear. The location was great - only 1 km away from city centre.

The view is AMAZEBALLZ!! 😍 And the location is perfect as the main city center is a short walking distance away. Complimentary chocolates and muffins were in our room on arrival which was lovely. The host is awesome!

Absolute pristine views. It was quite a walk up & down the hill daily, but very much worth it & makes you really appreciate Queenstown’s scenery. They cleaned the room daily, with fresh towels & fresh muffins & chocolates😁 There was a communal living space where snacks & wine were provided for all guests.

Fantastic and amazing views from the property. Spacious interior with great cooking facilities. Manicured lawn to use at the front and outside dining table and patio, which must be a rarity. We were very comfortable in the unit and able to relax and enjoy the views
