A very friendly check in with Morgan. We overlooked the lake when outside on the open deck. Morgan was happy to direct us to the walkway into Queenstown along the lake which we used each time. The room was spotless, shower too. The kitchen was well equipped, although we ate out for each meal. Wifi good. The bus stop was across the road for easy access to and from the airport.

Excellent location- a short walk to town centre. Beautiful view. Room was clean and comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly.

Queenstown has chilly weather almost all the time. However, our Alexis Motel room had an excellent heating system. Besides, they have washing and drying machines that really helped since we were in the middle of our trip. And the use was cheaper than in the laundromats of the town! The apartment had large divisions, and the bathroom had a good exhaustion system. You can easily walk to downtown Queenstown. There are lots of electric outlets and even USB connections to directly charge cell phones. There are actually a few close places where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Great location - only a short walk into the centre of town. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy and well equipped.

Lovely location with views of the lake. Very spacious room with modern bathroom. Short distance from centre of town & a nice walk along the foreshore.c will stay there again

Good location. Within walking distance to Queenstown Town Centre. Under cover parking available although a squeeze for a larger SUV. Good washing/dryer facilities. Spacious 2-bedroom apartment. Extras such as washing powder etc can be purchased from reception

Clean and comfortable. the view of the lake is amazing, very relaxing to sit on the patio for the sun or have your coffee location is also good, just a short walk to the town centre.
