Parking right outside room, the food in the restaurant was very good almost a la carte which felt odd as the restaurant is not aesthetic. It was well priced food plus a good wine list

Sorry I didnt get all the names (long tiring drive from Hobart). From the lady that did the easy no fuss check in, plus another lady that put me in a lovely quiet window seat to another lady that found me an iron. I appreciated you all

Queenstown is a mining town with tourism rather than a major tourist destination. Thought of that way it is great. The motel was clean, staff friendly. Lots of mine workers staying there - not a problem

Staff were excellent, very helpful especially with the late check-in time. Good parking onsite in front of Unit. Quiet, no noise interference from adjoining Units.

Didn't have breakfast. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The room and decor was very tired. The fittings were old and in need of replacement. With doors open the toilet was visible from outside.
