great stay, i had a noisy room with a defaulted aircon. but you sorted me a new room and gave me access to the upstairs business lounge, so it was great :)

Shuttle from airport was extremely easy to find and only 8 mins to hotel. Staff were friendly and room was perfect for what we needed before flying out of JFK. Shuttle back to the airport leaves every 30mins
