- really good location: it's in Queens but you're only a few stops from any of the major attractions in Manhattan. Subway station just down the street. It's a relatively quiet neighborhood with not much nearby except a Target but that was fine for us. - helpful staff but not overly friendly but we get it, it's NYC. - breakfast was fine for us. No complaints. Don't expect a huge variety. Just simple toast, eggs, pancakes, bacon, and coffee. Enough to start the day. - our room was basic with some parts looking old and worn, but decently sized with a comfortable bed. It was cleaned daily so overall no complaints. - rooftop had a nice view of the city. Would be nicer in the summer.

Nice location, close to the subway. Rooms were great, very clean. Polite and helpful hotel staff. Great for the price overall. Will be staying there again given the chance.

Clean, good sized room, with comfortable bed and nice furnishings. Very well priced at the time of our stay, with bonus of a simple included breakfast.

Location to subway, calm well kept area full of restaurants and take away deli's. Away from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan yet only 7 minutes away by subway.

The rooms were big and the bed was huge and comfy. The staff were friendly and the breakfast included was great. Was really useful to be able to store baggage before check in and after check out too. Location was convenient for us too with a subway station 5 min walk away with direct routes to Times Square etc.

Location, it's near the subway station time square 42 st. The Manager was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff was friendly too.

Staff is excellent - helpful and great customer service, breakfast selection was very good, the room was very clean - spotless, and it was close to the subway.
