The room was spacious, clean and comfortable for the most part. You would also be welcomed with two decent sized water in the room. However, the fact that there is no main power control when entering or leaving the room is a bit annoying. You have to manual put on each light and of course do the inverse when leaving. For the price i expected a bit more modernity. The buffet breakfast is disappointing. The selection is VERY limited and does not go well in my opinion. The buffet is the same everyday; eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, pork sausages, vegetable dumplings and machines to make your own pancake and waffle. The pancakes are the worst I ever had. The eggs are left on high heat and it gets very dry and tastes awful. Apart from this there is mixed fruit which looks good and sweets, both of which I did not indulge in. Moreover, the bar downstairs was slow and when you ordered food it took long to arrive. The food was at most a 6. I never had bad calamari until I tried it from here. Prior to leaving, two out of three elevators was dysfunctional and this caused delays trying to go up to rooms or back down and the elevators were overcrowded and stressful to use. At times, I felt scared to use the elevator that was working since it would making noises during the lift as if it would stall mid way.

Great for flights from laguardia. Shuttle runs every 16 minutes No shops close but has restaurant

Lobby is bright and welcoming. Rooms are spotless clean. Food was excellent. Cold water with ice on constant supply. Very friendly staff. Felt welcomed and felt safe.
