Maria/Emily? Gave us such a friendly greeting and dealt with a large influx of guests in a professional and timely manner. She was so helpful and a breath of fresh air after the unfriendly and unhelpful airport service we had received from Jet Blue. (Heathrow cancellation 03/20/2025. Checked in to hotel 08:30 21/03/3025) Room comfy, clean, and well equipped. Good choice of breakfast items.

This hotel thanks to their staff deserves 10 stars. Location is not very nice, but they have an amazing shuttle service to the airport and from there you can reach the city or any other place. It is very clean and the staff really trying to make you feel very good. Breakfast is also good, there could be more variety especially if you stay 6-7 nights, you get bored of the same food, but overall for a business stay this hotel deserves 10 stars :)

Not value for money . Location is perfect. Wifi is complicated to access. Forces you to join to be a marriot member and still it didn't access . Horrible. Why can't there be wifi and password I don't need to be forced to join

we know that new york is expensive. based on that fact, we got what we paid for. the service is good, the room is clean and we could sleep very well. the shuttle service was well organized. staff at this hotel is helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel for 1 night between the flights. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom . Transfer to the terminals in the morning works perfect!
