The fine print
Complimentary, 24-hour shuttle service is available to and from the John F. Kennedy International Airport. For departing guests, the shuttle runs every half hour from the Hotel and drops you off at the requested Terminal. Pick-ups are from the Station C - Federal Circle Station (accessible via Air Train), and guests can request for the shuttle pick-up after reaching the station.Please note, guests must contact the property directly for additional information about the shuttle service.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Room was great BUT airport shuttle was a nightmare for us with freezing temperature etc. We waited for an hour and a half THEN a local man called the hotel!!!

Last minute booking after a cancelled flight. Perfectly decent airport hotel with food and drinks options until late and from early. Shuttle service from Federal Circle, although in the morning the bus was far too small for all the guests so I just ordered an Uber.

We stayed here on our way out and then on our way back from our holiday. This time the room we were given on this occasion was clean and updated. All the staff were attentive and helpful- especially the gentleman helping with the cases- and we managed to catch their free shuttle bus ( driven by delightful gentleman called George) so the location was perfect- thank you
