The hotel is outside of the Manhattan, so less expensive, but the location is very practical. It is located right next to a metro station and in two station you are in the heart of the New York. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Strategic location, the hotel is surrounded by subway trains of a few different lines, eateries, grocery stores etc. All within walking distance.

The room was very basic for the price, old and dated. Staff failed to look up and acknowledge any customer walking through reception.

Wonderful location. Just 2 subway stops away from manhattan and also on a direct line leading to the airport train. Subway station about 3 mins away and overall the location felt extremely safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was really clean and sufficient . You can kind of hear the subway if you’re a light sleeper which can be annoying to some but it’s not too bad.

The location is excellent as you can go everywhere by subway. Manhattan is one stop away and you can reach all main tourist sites easily. It is easy to reach from the airport and there are elevators on the entire journey. The area is safe. I travelled alone and felt safe coming back late in the eveing. Hotel rooms are very clean and the staff is wonderful.

Over all it was at good location, easy access to metro for all points in new york. Nearest grocery store.
