The bed was clean and comfortable so were the pillows we had a good night sleep, in the morning however when we got in the shower there was no body and shampoo in the soap dispenser, when we did our checkout we took the time too inform the front desk and they said that they will inform the cleaning lady. We found the room was perfect for the time we stayed.

Quiet hotel even when busy. Comfortable room with standard amenities. Nice lounge area in reception where we could wait for family members out of the weather. Free hot drinks in reception. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very fast check in and check out. Efficient. Beds were comfortable and the room overall was clean. Had all the necessities covered. Across from a plaza with a Tim Hortons and other basics. Convenient location.
