Location was great. Property a little old but added to the charm. Lots of stairs so you need to be reasonably healthy. We were on the 2nd floor.

Incredibly atmospheric hotel, easy to place yourself back in time and pretend you are a guest in someone's grand mansion two hundred yearsago, but with better amenities. Beautiful and comfortable room.

Excellent location. The fact that I don't have to disturb someone for toiletries etc and can take them myself. Lobby access code, room access code and wifi details were sent in a day in advance and even though there was no one at the reception, they were prompt in answering any questions we had. Location yet again. Charming clean and safe place.

The location was excellent. We were in the heart of Quebec City with access to nearly everything. The room was clean and well-maintained. We requested to reserve a parking spot in advance, and the staff was very helpful in accommodating our request.

The communication from the hotel prior to booking date was excellent. The hotel room was exquisite. Made you feel like you were in the 18th century. Very comfortable, very roomy and the renovated bathroom was amazing. We book boutique hotels all the time and realize you don`t get food, drinks and front desk staff. We were located so close the great restaurants and convenience stores it didn`t matter. The location on rue St Louis just behind the Frontenac was ideal. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
