The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—just a 15-minute walk from Old Quebec. The room was clean, cozy, and warm. The breakfast is well-organized—you go to a café outside the hotel, but the meal itself, especially the coffee, is excellent. There's also an opportunity to take beautiful postcards from the hotel and send them to your loved ones

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and very comfortable and big, it had everything that was needed. I got clear instructions for my late check-in and it was easy to do it. It's very well located, there's a bus line just in front the hotel. Breakfast is not in the hotel, you need to go to a coffee place nearby, and it's good, but it has limited options.

A Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, very convenient to walk just a few minutes to have lovely cafe, and good market. We felt so comfortable with this hotel, and will definitely recommend our friends, Superb

The room was very spacious and comfortable, well decorated and felt old-school. They provided a voucher for breakfast at a cafe at walking distance from the hotel, and it was very good although there weren't many options to choose from. The location was superb as it was very close to the plains of Abraham park, I could walk from there and get to Old Quebec in no time.

The hotel has a homely touch, but the downside is that it doesn't have an elevator, making it a bit tricky to carry luggage up. Breakfast is served near the hotel, and it's very good. The location is close to all the tourist attractions, about a 15-minute walk. I recommend this place, as it’s reasonably priced :)

The room had a lot of space, and the shower was also very spacious. The breakfast, despite being 2 minute of walk away was really enjoyable ! Friendly people at reception. A very great experience overall.

The location was great and the breakfast would be better if it was on site especially when kept simple like it was off site. But it was good
