- Please note that the reception is open from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. during the summer (Mid-June to Mid-September) and 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. for the rest of the year.- The hotel does not yet have a restaurant on site.- Guests arriving outside reception opening hours must inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation or noted in the Special Requests box upon reservation.- Due to lack of staff, housekeeping is NOT done everyday. However, cleanings are available for 4 nights stays depending on the availability.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The location is the best, the rooftop view, the staff, next the breakfast and the cleanliness of the whole hotel and our room.

Friendly and warm welcome, helpful when it came to sorting out a late checkout and a taxi to the station at short notice. Great location and beautiful views from the front of the hotel. Very reasonable prices. We didn't try breakfast, so cannot comment.

The location was superb being almost next door to Chateau Frontenac and walkable to most attractions and restaurants etc. Very comfy big bed and spacious room. Great shower. But the best facility without doubt was the great roof top terrace which was seemed to have to ourselves, really sunny with great views over the rooftops of the beautiful city.

The location was great on a quiet street but a short walk to the main town. Room was clean and king bed comfortable. The staff at the reception were excellent. Good value for money.

Everything went well ...just would like to mention the stairs from the road up to the hotel foyer are a little risky which carrying luggage and door opens outside is tricky
