This property does not have an elevator.The reception desk closes at 19:00 and guests must contact the property if needing a later check-in.Please note that a deposit is automatically taken when the reservation is confirmed. This deposit is equivalent to the first night and is refundable if the reservation is cancelled within the cancellaiton policy. The rest of the payment will be taken 2 days before the arrival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location and easy checking (electronic). The building is a bit old but everything was clear and we had everything we needed. Nespresso in rooms and many towels and toiletries.

Easy check in with keypad, perfectly positioned at top end of Rue St John, cheap taxi fares from and to train station.

Beautiful historic clean building with gorgeous views. Lovely terrace overlooking rooftops with the river in the distance. Great cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to Old Quebec and Montmorency Falls.

Spacious bedroom and living area for 4 people. Dining table was useful in addition to a desk. Walking distance to old city and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Recommend Le Bonnet d'Ame which was open on a Monday when others shut. Having access to our economy quadruple room directly from the street was very good. No parking available at the accommodation however options were provided nearby and were able to park our car for 2 nights at a parking building for $25. Kitchen area including microwave, dining and a lounge area available for all guests to use. Plenty of toiletries and tissues provided.

The room was spacious and well equipped. Everywhere was very clean. the shower was good and the bed was very comfortable. The auberge was situated within easy walking distance of the centre of Quebec, and there were plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The auberge has a big kitchen and communal spaces which we didn't use.

Practical: We could help ourselves to coffee supplies and use the common fridge and kitchenette for fixing our meals.
