The location was close to all the major attractions. The room was spacious and clean. We stayed for 5 nights and it was a comfortable stay. There are bus stops at walking distance from the hotel which made the commute very convenient.

Great property, nice and clean rooms, good location f15 minutes to the centre by foot and 5 by car) and very accessible. The highlight was definitely the staff (especially the reception) very welcoming and helpful throughout the whole stay. Wide choice of breakfast available

The customer service is perfect. When we arrived our room was not ready and the receptionist provided coupons for free drinks from the bar and free parking, though we had to wait 20 minutes. The restaurant is perfect, big portions, delicious food and good service. The hotel met all our expectations

Location from City center is great! The Business suite is very roomy allowing to add 1 rollaway single bed.

The reception and restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful! :) The room was very quiet and peaceful as the window looked out onto a small street and we were on the 4th floor. The room was very clean and well kept ;) The bed was very comfy. Although, the scent of the room was very pleasant, it was very strong and persistent when it was time to sleep. So we had to open the window to get some fresh air. Luckily, it wasn't stuck. The bathroom was spotless! There was plenty of coffee and tea provided in the room.

Nice hotel with a lot of space everywhere even in the hallways. Very comfortably bed and spacious room with good coffeemaker. Walking distance to the railway station and close to attractions. Lots of eateries around the hotel for breakfast and diner at affordable price.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived in Quebec City early AM so it was exceptionally helpful to have our luggage labelled and placed in the storage room. Because of this we were able to tour around and visit the old walled city which we enjoyed very much. Since we only had a few hours, this would not have been possible otherwise. Thank you sincerely to the staff for their help.
