The historic location in old Québec is perfect, easy walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The room was impeccable, the bed very warm and exceptionally comfy. The bathroom had lots of fluffy towels and a bay window.

Location was great in the winter without a car. Walking distance to most of the tourist stops around Old Quebec. The restaurant/ bar was closed for renovations so less noise in the evening as the rooms are above the bar. New renovated bathrooms were spotless.

The service and staff at the hotel was exceptional. My partner felt in the lobby and broke a hip. The staff was quick to handle everything very well, calling 911 and making sure he was confortable. At the reception STEPHANE was very pleasant and always ready to help. At supper time although all booked were ready to give me a reservation, my 3rd trip and syay at that hotel and not the last one.
