For stays of 3 nights or more: After the 2nd night, we change the towels, empty the trash and the coffee machine. After the 4th night, a complete housekeeping of the room is provided.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Highly recommended for everyone specialy for families, lot of activities for kids, room was big and bed was super comfy, balcony was big too, we enjoyed the veiw to the pool, parking is available all the time, staff were super kind. I would definitely consider booking again at this hotel. The water temperature in the swimming pool was good, water could be cleaner but it is still okay, I hope the hotel will improve the filtration system, however water is still okay and we enjoy swimming every day at least twice since the pool open from 10am to 10pm.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great service. The location was very busy yet kept very clean. The food at the restaurant on site was family friendly and delicious. Good options.

The kids loved the water area and games area as expected. Our room was well appointed. Check in was smooth. They have free parking available.

the whole establishment is very family friendly my daughter is 6 and she loved the pool, the hot tub, and the mini water park there's a mini arcade in the basement too and underground (not heated) parking the restaurant staff were very friendly and nice view of the pool

I liked that there was lots for the kids to do however the pool and hot tub seemed like it needed a good clean and we are pretty sure that is the reason one of the kids got a bad ear infection after swimming. Great location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were nice!

This was a fantastic value, a clean quiet room even though it’s clearly set up for kids, swimming, inflatables, etc. we never heard a thing!
