This is actually the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Italy. It’s an incredibly quiet place near the river, with friendly service and delicious dinners. Blackberries growing along the river, it's fantastic. Another big advantage is the comfortable swimming pool with clean water, perfect for swimming.

The best reception service! I loved the room overlooking the garden, and the pool was just a few steps away! Everything was very beautiful, check out their garden restaurant at the sunset time!

This is a great boutique hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is plenty of room on the property to stroll a nice escape. The pool area being separated feels good. The rooms are spacious light and clean. The restaurant has a good menu they have a good kitchen with an excellent chef, outside groups even dine there. Having a view of the river at breakfast with a swan and cignets is hard to beat, tranquil.

Everything! The staff were all super friendly and helpful, very welcoming. The breakfast choice was excellent, there was something for everyone. The room was comfy, great shower with plenty of hot water. Everywhere was very clean. Loved the shuttle service to the train station to get into Venice, easy to book and very prompt.

Pool and area really nice. Beds 3/4 so good size and clean and comfortable. Areas to relax and have a drink. Shuttle bus available but At A Cost. Reasonable choice at breakfast but expensive.

Excellent place to stay. Nice building, surrounded by well kept gardens. Our room was very clean, nice design with big bed, opening onto a nice terrace. The pool was very relaxing. It was in very convenient location to visit Venice. Also nice to run along the river. The staff were very nice and helpful too. I highly recommend and would stay again.
