I had large family room in this charming tradional stone house, located right on lively main square of Qala. The room was large and comfortable, well decorated, and had everything I needed. The house also has a sunny rooftop terrace to sit. The room was spotlessly clean. The location is next to bus stops for ferry and Victoria. Overall great stay and good value.

Such a beautifully restored old building (and great size room) next to the one of the most beautiful squares in Gozo, with 2 really good restaurants less than a 100m away. Hosts are friendly and helpful and check in/out is a breeze. Traditional Gozo at its best with all the mod cons.

The house was very welcoming and our room was very clean and spacious (four people), linen was clean, and the bathroom was very clean as per reviews. They provided spare blankets and extra pillows, coat hangers in the wardrobe. There is a staff member in the house at all times. The heater in our room was not working so I called the owner, he was very apologetic and accommodating, and he got the Staff to bring us an electric heater which was enough to keep us warm. It was the 1st of January so the maintenance person was unavailable to fix the heater according to the discussion with the owner - I understand, not complaining. On check-out day, The owner's wife was there to clean the house and our room, she was very helpful with the payment process. The house is right in the town of Qala and my guests got to have a very local and vintage Gozitan experience which we enjoyed very much. The bar next door and the bar across the road were very good and were buzzing with people from early afternoon onwards. There were plenty of parking spots on the street and the town was busy enough but not too busy to be bothersome. Thank you hafna, Xemx and Qala for the service and the experience, we will definitely come back and recommend your service and town to others.
