We liked this hotel so much during our stay in 2023 that we returned a year later. The breakfast was amazing. It was provided to the room every morning. We were upgraded to the largest suite with private pool for the first 5 days of our weeklong stay, which was very kind of the staff. The pool was amazing, and the hot tub in the smaller suite was also great. The best part of this hotel was the kind staff. We were treated very well and got great recommendations and felt very welcomed the whole time we stayed. They arranged for decorations in our room and provided cake, flowers and wine for our anniversary which was very kind of them. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Despite booking last minute due to the ferry strike, we received a very friendly welcome from the team. The apartment was perfect, as was the breakfast on our own terrace. The team offered us the use of the apartment until our return flight that evening, without us even asking.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The breakfast every morning was delicious and it was a lovely bonus that they bring it to your room. It was spotlessly clean. Nice little square wirh restaurants etc only a 5 minute walk.

We had a wonderful stay at Nova Luxury Suites. From the lovely welcome from Soula through to the beautiful room with hot tub. The breakfast was most enjoyable and served on our terrace overlooking the beautiful view. Thank you again.

- 5 Star level customer service from on site owners Deena and Soula as well as rest of the team - Attention to detail and quality of construction. The standard of finishes and construction far exceeded the price point because the hotel is a " small " business complimenting the owner's main commercial enterprise. Any one familiar with construction will be astounded by the " luxury " level of finishes as I was - Customized breakfast served in your room - Great location for longer stays because Pyrgos is centrally located on island - Spaciousness of the suites - Architecture design / detail - Large fully equipped kitchenette

What an amazing place, Soula and Anna couldn't have been more helpful, and the rest of the staff were outstanding. From the breakfast on our terrace in the morning, to recommending on where to go and where to eat and just generally being fantastic. The accommodation was lovely - a large bedroom with a very comfy bed, great living space, which included a small kitchen and a huge bathroom. Our terrace was great and the pool area was just what was needed. This is a family run accommodation and you definitely get the benefit of that, thank you :-)

Every member of the hotel team was incredible, down to the small touches of being left a platter of snacks on arrival and being handed a cold bottle of water as we left for our onward journey. The breakfast was brought to our room at the requested time, the hotel room was incredible.
