Nice and serve with variety of breakfast. The room is clean and spacious. Provide shuttle service every hour to IOI mall.

Had to walk out from the Chinese restaurant after a long wait (not even tea served) with the lack of staff. The quality of the in room dining food seems to be below par for the price we're paying.

The room is spacious enough for 3 people. I got 2 rooms, however the rooms are on different floor since one of the room has been decorated as requested. Hence, i'm okay with that. The pool is big and my brothers enjoyed their time. The breakfast has a vast selection.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The check-in process was seamless, and the receptionist took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was exceptionally friendly, with a special mention to a lady, who I believe was the floor manager, who made my daughter feel particularly welcome by showing her around the lobby. Our room was spacious and perfectly suited for four people, as requested during the booking. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, and they were especially great for families with children. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, friendly staff, and family-friendly amenities.

The facilities are kids friendly. I brought 3 kids and spent quality time with them at the swimming pool and kids room. The hotel is near with IOI Mall, 5 min distance.

The room interior is very nice and modern. The facilities are well suited for family with small kids. The buffet spread is generous and tasty too. Dinner at Zest Restaurant has limited menu but taste of the food are amazing.
