Loved the attitude of the staff, very friendly, very helpful, especially Prabhu, Diki, Padmini and Gopal who went out of their way to make my husband and I comfortable. We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the property and the staff out did themselves in making it extra special for my husband.

Beautiful ambience inside out! Awesome hospitality right from reception to the housekeeping staff. Prabhu was of such a great help in guiding us thru in picking right and safe places to hang out. Through our stay he made sure everything was of utmost perfection. Padmini - house keeping staff went an extra mile in arranging medication to our friend. Prabhu - though we were checking out for the day, he took our last min desperate request for addressing flat tyre issue.

Overall service n buffet spread in promenade hotel was good . But service within Le dupleix was very slow Size of rooms were great .

Great location, large spacious rooms with a vintage touch. Great staff. You could use Pool and enjoy buffet breakfast at The Promenade, which is just a short walk.
