The location on the beach was nice. The manager was well behaved. They were responsible and doing their best. I appreciate the behaviour and care. It was really nice. The room was well lit and there was plenty of sea breeze. The room was nicely painted with some indoor plants. It was pleasant for the eyes. There were plenty of electric sockets for charging mobiles.

The view was awesome from both the rooms which we booked. We didn't face problems with check-in and check-out. The AC worked fine There was a kitchen with limited utensils.

The apartment is located in an excellent locality, super close to the beach and not too far from the Puri temple. There’s an auto stand just at the end of the street which makes it convenient to go visit the temple or any other places. Mitanjali is very warm and welcoming. She ensures that the guests have a comfortable stay. We received regular cleaning services and fresh bed linen upon request.

The room balcony is facing east side towards sea. You can relax in balcony. I reached hotel in late evening and the check-out is early morning 8 AM, so this review is just for that few hours at night stay.

Pros- Staffs were polite and helpful. Location is nice. SANATANI BEACH is 5mins walk(you can enjoy sea/bath but there is no market for shopping/water activities/sea food in this beach) You can actually see the sea from your room. Rooms are also very spacious and nice. You need to hire auto/toto(100-150-200/-) to visit puri temple/puri main beach/golden Beach/ swargadwar beach etc. We got the number of Panda for puja from the manager. The panda was excellent I will definitely recommend nirman homestay to others.
