everything's was perfect , all clean ,staff very attentive just arriving , fun nights at lobby or theater center , pools with bar , staff giving drink even inside beach

Most beautiful resort - the lobby area at night with the Christmas decorations was perfect and beautiful. We stayed in the Junior Suite Swim Out with King Size bed and what a beautiful and romantic room and so spaces. Matiel was our butler for our time there and he done an amazing job - he made us feel so welcomed - checking on us everyday to make sure that everything is to our satisfaction. Matiel also send every morning a message with the days program as well as weather forecast. Love it. The staff is so friendly and always there to help you, especially the ladies at the pool are. They made extra sure that no one was without any drinks and they interact with everyone and made sure to create a party atmosphere. A special pre Christmas dinner was prepared and setup on the beach and this was beautiful. Thankfully the weather cleared before the 2 seatings. We attended the 8pm seating and the food was delicious and so much to eat. A big thumbs up for everyone involved to create this Christmas dinner it was perfect.
