“A great stay, if we returned to Dominican Republic we would return to this hotel”

Majority of staff were fantastic, the food variety and options for someone who is gluten free were great and staff were helpful with this. The hotel offers a good mix of fun, music and activities but also a great place to relax too. Special mentions to Ludwig (manager), Francis (pool) and Jeffrin waiter in Diamond club beach bar and Italian.

Buffet was so so and room service was terrible. They rarely ever got the order correct and rarely ever came to the room at the time requested.

The two waitresses going around the pool were absolutely amazing and the waiters in the Indian restaurant were the best we'd experienced by an absolute mile.
