The location was very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful. But the best of the best was the buffet, where there was a great selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the food there exceeded our expectations. Another good thing was that after check out, we could still use the facilities of the hotel, without extra fees.

. The beach and pool entertainers are very friendly, fun, most of the waiters are also nice, but there were other waiters who were angry and sometimes the way they spoke was rude. The internet connection is bad, that should be improved. The cleaning service is not very good. The first time they came to clean my room, they did not clean the bathroom, they did not pick up the trash, . Then when we went to the nightclub the security was very rude to us, he asked us in a very rude way that we had to show him our bag. The food and cocktails are lovely .

The variety of food is fantastic, the service is great, the pool by the beach is so beautiful, the garden has some much care and the staff is so helpful with our small demands.

Overall its a great stay for longer period of time. Beautiful garden, beach and resort with attention to all details. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. They do a lot for maintenance and gardening. Great drinks and food - the quality decreased over 2 years tho. Good weather all year around.

We really liked the food, mexican night at the buffet was awesome! Staff at buffet was really great - friendly, service-minded. The whole hotel area was very clean. Places at the hotel were not crowded - beach, pool or restaurants. Huge plus - they let you stay at the premises until your flight after check out.

The atmosphere was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and plenty of sun beds. The pool bar was great. The food choices were very good.

the facilities are very easy to find and well prepared and clean! the animation team is 5 stars, they work very hard to keep everyone entertained and happy! A massive shout out for Felix the barman that kept me hydrated throughout the day and all the ladies and men that works at the buffet! loved this place with all my heart!
