Facilities offer everything, you don't lack anything at this place. Food & Drink is phenomenal. Beach awesome, pool party great. Animators great! Our butler Fernando was very helpful. Our sommelier went over and beyond to satisfy us. I had a very good feeling about the place, the Michael Jackson show was absolutely the best performance I ever seen :-) funny wasn't expecting this, in DR. Kids loved it. Suggestion drink a lot of rum, and eat a lot of beef and beans.

It was our second stay here and I absolutely love it at the Majestic. They upgraded us to a room with a rooftop and were just all around great. Ricardo was our butler and really helpful with anything and he tried his best to fix any issues as quickly as possible, but all the staff were great. Beach is kept well, although we did have some seaweed in the second half of our stay. Restaurant wise: French (upon reservation): really nice Japanese Hibachi (upon reservation): good, but way too much food. Italian: ok Steak House: good

Everything was excellent. The grounds were immaculate, all the workers were personable and friendly, and went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. The food was fantastic and the butler service was such an added bonus. Would definitely return and highly recommend!
